Nvidia Texture Tools for Photoshop CS3

Does anyone still have the files for Nvidia Texture Tools Photoshop Plugin that works with Photoshop CS3?

The only hosting on Nivdia's website that the PR forums tutorials link to only has the new version that requires Photoshop CC

Is this it? CS3 is listed as a requirement.

I ran the installer for that and I still dont have the ability to save as DDS in CS3
