is not a bug but PR will be the best Game ever

The problem is i can't change the all video settings of the game but won't that i just want have to access to change the effects quality in the settings of the video because is always on 3 that mean high quality and when i play the game on mideum video quality that still high on 3 so when something exploding my game freeze and the fps go to 2 but when that not happen my fps is 60 or more so i hope you can add that acces to the video settings in PR launcher.
