Cant take any kit except rifleman

There is recurring bug when you try to join squad at the beginning of the game and take kits different from rifleman kit, it tells you "you are new to the squad". (I didnt change squads)

Do you remember map and server where this happens?

last map it happend was Saaremaa on PIT server today, but I had this issue several times unrelated to map and server.
