The cache does not appear on the point in inserguncy mode

I was going to play Insurgency mode with my friends, but when my friend and I spawned at the point where Cache should be, there were only flying machine guns and rpg's.

We need more information:

• Which server (name if public, private dedicated, in-game)?

It was a private server where me and my friends played on the local network.
Map: Fallujah West.
Anyway, I checked on other maps, appearing on the cache point there was no cache.
Coordinates: B3.

UPD:It looks like our server is in-game, because I created it in-game in the front tab*

You probably need run your own dedicated server to get insurgency game mode working as intended. Running dedicated server requires more computer literacy than the in-game server because there is no graphical user interface for it. Everything is done via text files and console commands, and instructions are bit scarce. This mini-HOWTO should get you started and any further questions can be asked in that thread.
