Key Bind Conflict - Left Shift

Returning player after many years,

I've run into a little snafu I cannot for the life of my key bind LEFT SHIFT to crouch.

When I try to bind it in common controls I get a conflict in Land Vehicle so I clear that up, again for Air Planes etc and finally I got to bind it again and now is says theirs a conflict with Helicopters.

BUT THERES NO SHIFT BIND in Helicopters anywhere. Not in flight controls or moving between positions etc its just non-existent once you unbind Left Shift its locked out for ever.

Is there somewhere local on my hard drive controls are been stored I can alter them outside of the PR application?
