Intel GPUs since 12th gen integrated don't have native DirectX9 support and their DX9 to DX12 translation layer is buggy.

You could try to run PR on dxvk and see if it changes anything. It's easy to install. Just download latest release .tar.gz package from https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/releases/latest and keep extracting until you have 32-bit d3d9.dll on your hands. Copy the extracted d3d9.dll into your PR install folder (same folder where PRBF2.exe application is). Then create dxvk.conf file in the same directory using Notepad or any other text editor, and copy the following line into the file:

d3d9.deviceLossOnFocusLoss = True
Note that file extension must be .conf, not .txt, not .conf.txt etc.

To uninstall dxvk, just delete those two files or move them somewhere outside PR folders.
