I have a problem, not able to see my gun model in my hands, I can’t see my players/enemies in the match.

However, I can only see them whenever I zoom in scopes.

Any suggestions to fix this?

Ultra-wide resolution is not supported. Try narrowing the image by using custom resolution in the launcher options
