Update MEC, Insurgent, Hamas, Syrian Rebels, Taliban, Militia and all other Arabic factions voiclines

I think it's time now to update the Arab factions voicelines, they're a bit of old, have a lot of grammatical mistakes and sometimes it feels broken, and it has a lot of missing voicelines, so I think it's time for update, and I think i can volunteer for some factions.

The current ones in game are still the original BF2 voice lines created by DICE. If you are interested in volunteering for voice lines, we would greatly appreciate it. Best way to start with that would be to create a topic in our community section and just post some samples of your voice lines: viewforum.php?f=388
Or if you have questions about what requirements exist for voice acting and recording, ask them in the community modding section.
That being said, some middle east factions might bring new voice lines in the future
