Why do topics in the PR forums have so many views but almost no posts?

Why do topics in the PR forums have so many views but almost no posts?
Do bots find PR that interesting? Or is there a hidden userbase that I'm not aware of? Something doesnt make sense to me. PR is the only forum like this that I use that seems to have this unique "problem."
