Old account retrival

Greetings,

I have an old account or profile, i do know the password, problem is that retrieval says there is no account with the text 2020: no account, try making a new one, try creating a new one. When creating a new one it says 2010: there is an account try retrieval.
I have access to my linked email as well as proof of ownership via clips/screenshots.
How do i resolve this? Can you delete it so i can make a new one with the same username?

Online account can be retrieved using profile manager (right click Play in launcher) but they are tied to your Steam account. Try finding your old Steam account first, and then you can retrieve your old profile.

Use the Retrieve old profile tab in profile manager to retrieve profiles that predate the Steam login. You'll need your profile name and the associated password to retrieve it.
