Yeah, but I didn't know, he was there, although I suspected someone, he had the perfect chance to ninja jump on me and stab me, before I could react, but he rather shoots me from 3m with marksman.
Damn vBF2 sniping syndrome kiddies...

Suddenly behind me I hear a vehicle approaching. I turn around and I see an insurgent technical heading towards me at full speed, there was like 4 guys in it. I keep my cool, I take a quick but carefull aim and ow yeah, I hit the driver right in the head. I thought like, wow yeah nice shot, but now all the other guys were getting out and obviously I am screwed...or maybe not...just behind the car was another car which also turned around the corner, didnt see that the car stopped, rammed into it and both cars exploded killing all the insurgents  I wish i had fraps running, I had to quit playing coz i was laughing my *** off
Early today in Al Basra, 1 insurgent was killed by British forces and an additional 5 where killed from tailgating.

Operation Ghost Train on British side, half *=LP=*, half skilled-players squad.

Someone spotted an apparently lost Chinese sniper East from the South Bridge CP, just a couple of metres from our squads current location. Every member pulled out his blade and charged at the trapped enemy.

Me and *=LP=* LongJohn was the first to approach the sniper from two different angles. I thougt I was the first to reach and stab him, But LongJohn finished him off nanoseconds earlier. He lived exactly the same time more, since the knife's only valid target left was him. That made the whole squad laugh oviously. 8)

Kashan. Me and Desertfox are in the hills east of the North Village, and DF sees a Littlebird coming in for landing. I, as the gunner, turn my turret, see him, and decide to unload a HEAT shell into him when he lands. I have sabot rounds loaded, though, so while I change to HEAT, I fire a quick burst of 7.62 coax rounds at the 'bird, trying to stress him out or take out troops on the skids. As the tracer arcs towards the helo, I see that it's going to be a hit. But as soon as the thought appears in my mind, I see that the hit is better than I'd ever imagined. Suddenly, the chopper just drops to the ground, completely upright, but immovable. As the two troops on the skids run for cover among the buildings, me and DF shout in amazement. I just shot the pilot out of the cockpit of a moving Littlebird with my coax, without hitting the chopper itself at all. :D

Got 4 defib kills after each other. I had no ammo left, so it was my only choice, I was trying to revive a teammate when a SpecOps came, killed him with my defibs, 3 more coming behind him with their face to the other side, bzzzzzzzzt.

Probably in previous versions, I never managed to kill anyone with shock and I tested it out by defibing people, that we're alive in-game.

Leading a recon squad on quai river as PLA. We moved across the river to spot at govmnt. office. In comes two littlebirds to pick up troops from govmnt. Bang, Bang, both littlebird pilots dead. Needless to say we changed position after that.

I remember that round. For some reasons I had mad wicked lag spikes whenever I got anywhere close to more than 3 soldiers. Stupid as I was I thought that could be used to my advantage. Run about, if you get a lag-spike - shoot wildly around you. Needless to say, I died. Alot. :D

Location: Kashan Desert - Secret Weapons Bunker

I was heading for sniper rifle and twin uzis that lay in the bunker. I believe I got them when suddenly I aspy a sniper with his back turned towards me. One knife & one kill.

I do some random thingsand head back to the bunker. Is that the same sniper I killed? Uzi-time! In the face and he is dead. I stay around the bunker and go down the steps from the roof when suddenly the same guy and a friend appear and I fire a quick burst of an uzi killing one and hiding around the corner. The other guy keeps firing and I am peppered with concrete chips and barely missing bullets.

Theres a pause and I appear around from around the corner and fire just like the movies and kill him stone dead. Shame they killed me afterwards on the roof. Special mention to the guy who I killed with the uzis while he was on the roof of his tank repairing it. Shame about the other tanks bombarding the MEC airfield but ces't la vie. Forgive me if I told this tale before.

Mestia as British.
West of East tower I engage hostile troops below me, who was cutting my squad to pieces. After neutralizing the threat I hear an AK fired. Right next to me. And there he was. 1.5 meters away from me, perfectly aligned in the same direction, shooting at his own men, a militia. He never saw me. Strange I thought and kept on gaming.

Ghost Train as British.
This time I'm at South Bridge, and I have a hostile up there on that hill. I hear footsteps next to me, zoom out, turn around expecting to see another Hx tag and there he is. A Chineese soldier this time. Looking up on the same exact spot as I was. 2-3 meters away and right next to me. Needless to say, my sentence "Can't get a clear shot at hi..." got cut short, and I got at least that guy.

Street as MEC
Then we have that classical "Did you see that? Oh sh... not friendly". Nades are spammed in every direction and once again one of those shiny little rocks lands quite close to my boots. I swear that my polygon character's eyes bulged and I managed to run around the corner just in the nick of time. So did another fellow. British chap this time. We stood there, looking at each other, probably both thinking "that was close" (I know I was), before we realize we might want to start shooting each other.

Old map as Chineese
Remember that map with the temple and POW camp? Anyways, I was running from the Chineese main base. And you might remember what that was like. Almost made it to the bridge furtherest away from the POW camp towards bunker flag(?), when I run past some fella in the thick bush. I swing around, as did he, and fire off two rounds. As did he. Both of us hold our fire and say sorry in comrose thinking we just shot at a friendly.

Hold on. In one split second, I just realized that was not an AK he was firing with, but a M4. And now for the funny part. We both drop to the grown, on each side of that bush and fire of another burst. Still not quite sure. Is this a blue vs blue situation with an M4 or ...? Nope, hostile. Then all hell broke loose. One of the few times I actually win a close call.

Not sure if it was because I spoke chineese that he caught on that I was hostile or my AK. I will never know, but it's nice to meet somebody who also tries to confirm targets before shooting wildly.

OK have a new Favorite, four man insurgent squade on EJOD Desert, around the corner near West City next to an A/C duct, we mustered before an assault. Kinda cornered in due to the fence, a sniper started taking pop shots at us from a mountain due West. I got hit first, but didn't die, after diving behind the A/C duct, I started returning fire in general didrection. I found the sniper about 300 to 400 meters out on top of the mountain, just a speck really. Took him out in three shots with my standard issue AK, turned around to see the rest of the squad lifeless all around me...
Proceeded to capture point alone, took out two more before I bought a ticket. ;)

Taking out a whole squad last night on Ghost Train with the grenade launcher. I was wondering why they were all staying so closely together when I pulled the trigger - but after they flew into all directions the view was clear to their RP, which was down only moments later ;-)

Was a good tactic to be grenadier as SL that round, to stay back and shell the enemy, (took out almost entire squads at least 2 more times) before the own squad rushed in.

Could also be because the flag radius is about 3 meters. GJ by the way.
