Sure no problem, thats the idea :p

The map is 1km squared. Thats the same as op phoenix, ogt, mestia, etc.
It will be 80% urban, focusing on the edge of the city, backing onto some rural terain. I am pretty sure there will not be any tanks, they would just get too owned, and I want it to focus on Infantry combat, there will be lots of enterable buildings and breachable doors/gates so expect some intense battles. It should play quite differrently to Al Basrah, because of the lack of large open spaces. But dont get me wrong, its not karkand v3, Im being VERY careful to ensure the end result doesnt result in a spam fest.

Another old lowres shot, gives an idea on the average kind of street in it. Remind you of anywhere? hehe

This is acutely like the suburb areas in Al Basrah is what ducky is referring too :p

Pure Sex Ducky :P

Only 2 Questions:

1. US Army or US Marines? Both took part in the November 2004 assault and both have taken control of the city since.

2. Will you be including some real world references? Such as the Cultural Center, Mayor's Complex, Jolan District, Fallujah bridge, etc.?

I'm pretty sure its gonna be the USMC making the assault..so there won't be any M2 Bradley's involved ;)

1.Not sure yet.

2.Im following google earth+ ref photos very closley and basically replicating a km2 area on the outskirts. There may be additional maps in the future to represent other areas including the bridge, etc.

erm britain and US invading China?

US and Britiain Fighting An army called the Middle East Coalition'?

:)

I think he means 'real life events', like al basrah and fallujah are currently war zones.
