but most likly if we have brit carrier based maps in the futurer, the JSF and the Harrier will most likly be working together and surving diffrent roles.

Harrier really fits into the "Attack Jet" class, like the A-10, Frogfoot etc as these days its mainly used in CAS and its speed etc dont make it a very good fighter these days. the F35b JSF can be kitted up to handle lots of diffrent situations, but we will mainly be using it as a carrier based fighter jet.Hotrod525 wrote:Oups i'm sorry

Yeah i was knowed the Harrier was only flying at 800KM/H, i suppose F35 STOVL will replace Typhoon in some map ? ( Typhoon cannot take off from carrier... )[R-DEV]Rhino wrote:Harrier really fits into the "Attack Jet" class, like the A-10, Frogfoot etc as these days its mainly used in CAS and its speed etc dont make it a very good fighter these days. the F35b JSF can be kitted up to handle lots of diffrent situations, but we will mainly be using it as a carrier based fighter jet.

Harrier will surve the role of a Attack jet for the brits in PR, providing CAS, ie, its a tank buster like the A-10, just not as good thou dose have some other pros the A-10 dont.
the F-35b JSF will surve as the brits Carrier based fighter, where the EF2000 will be the brits land based fighter, see
