I've been playing PR since 0.5 and I've never seen more than 5 fully populated servers 3 months ago. Usually there was about 3-4 fully populated servers plus couple less populated.

RANGERS LEAD THE WAY!!! Do not post stupid suggestions just because you had a bad round in PR
What's more, PR isn't dying, and even if it was it's not because of 0.7 - If anything, 0.7 has made the game so much better than it has been in the past.
I would blame Timezones for the lack of Players, buttt.
I have yet to see the PR server list when there isen't at least 1 server wicth is over 30, I really doubt PR is dying its just that during every release a surge of Vannila players come on, some might stay, some might go that counts for a drop.
Rico11b: Better than that just take the body out of the game all together, and we'll have floating heads in game.
*spacecadett* wrote:PR losing players means that the core players who enjoy PR stay!= the people who like temawok ect... atleast thats the way i see it.
i dont see what the problem is i see the way pr has grown as a positive! i started playing during .4 when there whas usulay 3 populated servers...
X2
Define irony. A bunch of guys playing PR year after year. A game teaching initiative as the prime mover. However, in regard to EA, these guys never took the initiative.

Btw, if you’re looking for teamwork, sign up for the tournament. Plenty of teamwork minded people to play with there.

Though I do think there is a difference between players now and back at 0.32 - 0.4. That was pure teamwork and really fun. But now, .7 has brought us amazing features but also more players that don't want to work as a team. But that's just my opinion. PR is still fun as hell!
All I remember is peeps using LBs for HALO insertions and endless support gunners supported by spammage from grenadiers.

Pretty soon you're rocking in the corner, a full grown dog addict, wondering where your next St Bernand is coming from..." - IAJTHOMAS "Did they say what he's angry about?" asked Annette Mitchell, 77, of the district, stranded after seeing a double feature of "Piranha 3D" and "The Last Exorcism." - Washington Post
I always find a server to play on. At nights i can choose from 4-5 usually full servers (10th mountain, IGI, T&T, Thors Brigade, RIP etc) and a lots of half populated. There are usually at least 2-3 half full servers at freakin 10 a.m.
I've been playing since 0.5 but i cant recall that there ever were 10+ full servers any time.
Note that the server browser dont show all servers for me, so i have to search for them by their names. Maybe thats your problem.
I would rather play on a server with 35 teamwork minded mature players than a full server of TK'ing smacktard, why cant i get the Sniper rifle, thats my jet idiots.... PR is not dying, it is only sifting out the weak minded vbf2 spam festers.... What's left is a small community of hardcore, reality based gamers that will always be here and stick together to form a strong base of players that will never allow this awesome mod to die.
The Devs have put a hell of alot of work into this mod and deserve a shitload of beers and thanks for making PR what it is... Trample The Weak and Hurdle The Dead.....
Long Live Project Reality....
At the weekend I normally see 10 full servers, maybe 4 during the week. 60% of those are EU ping friendly. The community grows in spurts. First new players come in, in their masses, then those who can't play the complicated game system drift off, leaving us new players who like the system (whether they are any good or not)
Admittedly over time people do drift away. They get all played out, or other games take their attention.
What we do need is for all players to remember to advertise the game in their previous circles to draw more players in, or for any ideas we've missed in getting the game out there to be suggested. It becomes very hard to reach those gamers only interested in stats and don't use forums.
PR shows no sign of falling apart at the moment unlike other mods which couldn't hold the attention of new players, usually I think because they were too close to vanilla but didn't offer the stats system of vanilla.

The red is the server capactity and green actual players.
You can see how it peaked just after .7 was released but the numbers now still seem (roughly) healthier then they were in december..
Project Reality and dying? Hell! Did I miss something?!?
Thought my eyes were ok while seeing all those full servers!
