Last night on Texas teamplay server

Hi folks, i wanted to say thanks to the folks i played with last night.

This was April 24 at around 11pm on Jabal Al-Burj.
i was USMC in Squad one with the Medkit.

I hope i lived up to your expectations as a medic, i know i healed a fair amount of my squadmates and revived some as well.


Once we started assaulting the Dam, i thought we had it easy, we had a good squad, good teamwork on our team. Then the MEC's showed up. Altho they did not appear just a well coordinated as us, they were close. We got ousted from the dam but only after killing 2 squads, they came at us from both side while we were in the open waiting on our next order...

Then we came back and recapped it and moved on the 2 points near each other in urban settings, wow, that area was hot, lots of death on both side, they had a firebase there as well.

In the end we capped the flags and pushed them across the river for a win 33-0, still a close game.

It's been one of the first solid games i played that have used good teamplay. I finished the round 2-10 i think, kill wise and i dont even care for i had alot of fun to perform my role as medic and be less active on the front. The 2 kills i got (assisted a few more) came from me just supporting the squad when MEC's popped from an unexected loaction or came in mass from the area we were zeroed in.

I also played on the same server and map but at 8pm. What made it fun was when playing as USMC, my squad were taking over the east city. Just on the outside of the city we were setting up a rally point and firebase. I grabed a heavy AT kit and proceeded to blast a MEC supply. Also before that I was driving the humvee into town when we spotted the commanders supply truck so my gunner told me to hunt him down. After a few turns we lost him but found him a few seconds later and my gunner wasted him and whoever was onboard except one heavy AT guy who blasted me.

Anyway back to the assault after that, I grabbed a automatic rifleman kit and went on top of the biggest building there mowing down anyone that I can. Eventually I ran out of ammo but started to spot for a sniper up there with me until I was sniped or killed by an APC. After that I was on top of a smaller building to the south while holding off a squad sized MEC counter-attack with my trusty ACOG M-16 until the round ended.

I'm a reg at TTP, it's all about the teamplay there, infact RIGHT now we are having our monthly match, It's even more intense and there is lots more teamplay in those.

TTP is a great and fun server, I enjoy playing there greatly!
