Team killing Commander

It was early in the evening just before sunset when we were set out to capture a small city controlled by insurgents. My men were obedient and efficient. After capturing the first flag i realised the team's commander had followed us, i turned around and he said nothing, only as i turned back to advance up the stairway a 3 round burst flashed past my head. up untill this point the commander had done nothing but occasionaly scream into his mic. but now he was doing that and occasionaly shooting at me, i figured he was trying to shoot someone next to me as there was ussualy a window or door next to me when it happens. when we were almost finished capturing that second flag the area was clear and filled with blue, as i fired over a wall at a man in the distance, i took 3 rounds into my back, semi automatic. as i respawned i told the commander not to do that again and advanced to the mosque. after capturing said flag, my squad sat and defended it while 2 and 3 advanced onto the farm. to my dismay as i stood on the roof of the mosque the commander pushed me off the side. i managed to survive and climb back up but after healing my wounds we were hit by 2 molotovs. as the roof burned i managed to back into a safe area, as i turned away from the flames i faced the barrel of my commander's rifle and a round went through my skull. At this point the round was essentially over but as i re-ordered my men to advance on the not yet captured farm, my commander shot and killed the 2 of my men who had survived the molotov attack. as far as i was concerned the commander seemed to have been targeting Alpha squad for no particular reason, so I decided to order my men as far from the commander as possible.

if you dont count the team kills that would have been the single most eventfull round i've had with no deaths. all 3 deaths were team kills. 2 being shot by the commander and 3rd i got revived after the first shot but the medic was killed and i bled to death again.

I see the problem here, you just didn't realize you had a "Shoot Me In The Back" sign taped to you...

Something similar happened to me on 7 Gates CA when my commander fired on my squad after sniping out my SL and firing an AA gun at us because we weren't following orders. And we weren't following orders because he ordered 1 man to defend the first position.
