Was that the Basrah round that came after that Mestia round where Storage bunker got besieged to hell?
I was on but honestly, there were like 5-6 locked squads all labeled 'snipzor' 'tankz!!' 'leet inf' etc. so when I created a regular squad it filled up immediately since like 12 players had nowhere to go. No offense against you dbzao.
I left after I saw that all the armor decided to camp the north side of the city while the inf squads at village got wasted by technicals.

Also lol at the Insurgent at 1:30 to 1:45

Yes, that was the round, and honestly, you are not seeing the hole picture. I was on TS with the other SLs at the beggining and they were working together with the armor, apc and infantry. They were at north city because at start there was a cache location over there, which they destroyed.

So why did you go to the village? After they cleared it they moved to village. How about next time you ask for suppot and organize a convoy instead of expecting the armor to follow you? If the hole armor convoy goes one place, you go another and you get hit and owned, how can you say they were not doing their job?

Anyways, that's what I saw at round start. After that I don't know what they did, but they were at least working together with multiple squads. I don't think you should blame them for that.

@Okita: it's not that easy sniping with high ping, you think you got them standing still, and after you shoot at that distance they are just not there anymore

I wasn't there, I decided to sit at VCP and build my own little sand castle and while trying to get the .50 cal to spawn in the right spot I watched the team on the map.

I knew I was in that video as soon as I realized it was TG's server. I hate insurgents so much, I sat at the base with a collaborator waiting for the gay round (for me) to end.


Actually, you know that guy that you killed, span around shooting into the air, that was me I believe. (It's something I remember doing and something I would do when I know I would lose the fight anyway) This was before I went collaborator back at base. I heard the sniper shot, ran, then began contemplating what to do, I decided I'd rather loaf as a civi and after firing and reloading, stood still so you could take the shot and live happily ever after.

Great movie, I like it because I was in it! (go me!) But awesome sniping, spotters, and, although I think engaging moving targets in 0.8 is just a waste of bullets, if you do try I wouldn't lead as much as you were doing, at that close range leading shouldn't even be past the actuall body.

Well, problem is I need to lead the enemy movement plus my ping (~200), so I usually need to lead a little more than you would be used to. For that one I indeed leaded to much since he (you) was too close.

But yea, was a cool round with lots of targets which is always fun. I know you guys were complaining in the other side, but our side was very organized which made it very nice for us.

Nice shooting. I haven't really practiced the breath and shooting techniques, but good teamwork and shots. My advice is to lead a bit more on a few of those shots, but regardless great job. You had very good vision to spot some of those targets (especially the last one).
