Here's my strategy.
I create a 2-3 man recon squad.
Squad consists of 1 Sniper, 1 Spec-ops and 1 HAT.
1st thing we do is destroy both South and North Bridge.
Next move is to get to the land bridge up North..
Spec Ops sets a C4 charge in the middle of the river on the land bridge.
This C4 charge is only used as a back up in the case that the HAT misses his shot.
Our HAT sits on the West side of river and awaits enemy Vehicles to try and cross.
Our sniper sits in the hills on the East side of the river providing over-watch.
Ideally, I would have a Humvee there to provide ammo and a quick evac if needed.
Ideas?

Glad your not my commander,
Engineer repairs south bridge, enemy take government offices, and processing, advances to take Mine, cuts off your pig farm. They take Mine and your pushed back to your main.
US FAIL
Concentrate on using the TOW humvee. Use the Little bird for fast movement. You can't just focus on one area and expect the enemy to keep throwing them selves at you for your delight.

Well the works of my Recon squad don't complete all of the teams efforts, just a small fraction.
The bridge, if demo'd in enough sections, will be far beyond repair. So that limits the enemies ability to move it's armor.
Which BTW is a heavy hitter for the chinese. Although the amphibious apc's are a bit of a problem.
But really it's not about holding them back the whole round. that would be impossible. It's about slowing them down and capitalizing on it. The TOW is a great asset and is perfect for finding the APC's that have slipped through.

^I've played a round as Chinese, and decided it was actually to China's advantage to blow the bridges, since we were being pushed back and the TOW humvees were giving hell. Anyways, I've learnt now that 2 slams can take oe section of the bridge out, so 4 slams can take 2 sections out.
