Beckwith wrote:This sucks, I loved Archer just the way it was with USMC. I'm a big Huey lover and would hate to see the Blackhawk on there, let alone having it switched to Canadian. Is there a reason why it had to be changed so much? I'm not concerned about the aesthetic stuff just the faction and probably equipment changes.
It's USMC as a place holder, not USA.. right? That means no BH if i'm correct.
Also, the Canadian Forces currently use the Griffon, a different (but similar) version of the Twin-Huey so no worries. ;-) Their equipment, the C-series, are also quite resembling (only by the looks) to the M4/M16 series and same goes for the LAV3 that is just like a LAV25. :-)

I thought I would share this one as well, this a new road access to the main village. Note the difference in building layouts and foliage/cover. should be interesting.

IGNORE the surrounding terrain, it corrupted during the transfer for testing.

take a look in the decrypted changelog and you would notice in the hud section that they have lowered every weapon a bit so that it fills less of the screen.

as well as other 1337 updates

That usually happens if you use the Randomize or Soften tool on surrounding terrain, hope you got a backup of the file, else use Photoshop to fix it.

It can happen that way yes. In this case, it just corrupted during a transfer and it was just a matter of replacing it with a previous build. Sounds like that you much experience with the editor, I am glad that you keep me on my toes.

It looks very good mate, much better then the first archer, and that was already good. But are you thinking about maybe changing the sky color? Cause i don't think it fits with the deep blue water. The rest looks absolutely amazing, keep up the good work.

Will it still be USMC or are you switching to US Army?

This is looking great so far, I've only had a few chances to play the current version of Archer, and I was amazed. Hopefully the Redux version will get played alot more.

Keep up the great work Devs.
