Map pack 2 error

I've tried downloading PRSP_v08_MapPack_2.exe 3 times and when I run it I get the following error: PRSP v08 Map Pack 2 has not been totally insalled because of the following reason: kubra_dam\Server.zip: This file contains invalid data. (error 11FD) You will have to run this utility again to completely install PRSP v08 Map Pack 2. Each time I download the file I try to run it twice, but I get the same error. What am I doing wrong. Map Pack 1 and the patch for it work fine. Love this MOd. (No, I didn't try to install v85)
