How do i get VOIP working on Mumble in Egypt?

I tried using a VPN but it did not work and when I downloaded another VPN (ProtonVPN) it did not even want to connect, probably due to limitations such as the VOIP ban. If you have any VPN recommendations, preferably free, or other solutions to such problem I would be thankful.

Out of interest what happens when you try to connect to games without using a VPN. Describe what you want, what you do and how your results differ from your expectations. Are there restictions on comms in Egypt? Dont seem to be if you are here? Ill go read.

(later) Damn, did some reading, looks like you may have to move country...VoIP banned in Egypt since 2010ish to prop up failing state Telcos...

the solution i found is playing on unit 777 server or playing early in the morning due to ips changing the other solution is finding a vpn that changes the pc location not the browser or the connection
