what needs to be done?

Last time I had a playable skirmish version of this map it looked nearly finished (static wise) It just has to be made up to date with the current version I'm guessing. And probably some overall polishing. It had a working skirmish mode (Only the City available, the rest was DoD). This was about four or five years ago and I'm not sure that it has been worked on since.

Let me have an answer from Le_Damner and I will get to you what you need to know.

I got no answer from him, so if you want to know what need to be done you will have to get your hand on it. there is nobody who want to finish it actually. Still looking for someone.
