Dude - did you play AT ALL in the beta testing?
It's not as if they've only done it theoretically, they have had US as the PUBLIC to test it - they had a forum dedicated to it, and most people loved it.
All that happened was that there was more teamwork, APCs actually helped squads, and squads worked together and defended fire bases. Wait... wasn't that what it was trying to achieve?

really going to miss the training server had some good fun in there like the races.
just hope there will be transport hueys in co-op cause i really wanna practise with one.

Another thing that is an excellent change are the flag zones that got improved

This way you dont have to split up the team to get a flag, you just advance in to a zone with 2/3 squads

Stop saying most of us havn't tried it, when loads of servers were/are running 0.874D. I second what many people have said in that it just turns PR into MORE of a walking game. I don't care if the rallies arn't 'realistic' as neither is the deviation. But these things have all been edited to make the game more teamwork based, and disappearing rallies is gonna be a pain in the *** :/ I'm sure most sl's will have to work their way around it, and to be honest it shouldn't be too hard, but it's jsut another chore to get used to.

where you spot scoped medics?
new "alternative" kits, that bring unscoped alternatives to the default scoped rifles
Includes kits like the Officer, Grenadier, Automatic Rifleman, Marksman, Rifleman AT/AP, etc, depending on the faction.
