Asad Kahl, or whatever its called. IDF, was shooting North on enemies, South just back of my back one Insurgent decided to try to run me over while I wasnt looking, he put the feet to the bottom and ran towards me in the speed of light, before he almost ran me over I looked over my shoulder and displaced with a sidestep, he hit a tree, and the car flipped 180 degress and landed on the roof and started burning and explosion followed.

Another time. On Mestia. Lovely map. Or maybe it was on that other mestia looking map. I was broke and layed back in the mountains, no pun intended, with my HAT kit, and just like that I saw one enemy tank heading my way, he was totally alone, just like me, it was so beutiful. I shot that tank with my LAT right on the tracks, he started to smoke and couldnt move :( . They tried to move but they couldnĀ“t, so while the Gunner was trying to find me I was running towards the tank and got into porn postion just next to the tracks and giggled like a school nurse getting her tush touched. The Crewmen tried all they could to move while not knowing I was next to them, so what did they do? The Driver jumped out offcourse to get some backup, but unfortunetly I blasted him in the face and giggled like a school nurse on her first time at the prome. The Gunner was probably receving information about me on the Com because ive never seen a turrent spin that fast since something. The weird thing was that he didn't shoot onto the grass with his big cannon, he instead kept on spinning that shit like a fucking discoball and finally decided to jump the fuck out, and when he did, I blasted him in the face, and his dead body landed on his friends dead body so it looked like they had sex. There I was, all alone on this big *** map with a fully, almost working tank that I took out all by my self and two dead crewmen having sex right infront of me while the birds was flying so beutifully over the tree lines.

I've had that same thing happen before. Even worse actually, firing a round at a blackhawk and the round just passing through the opening and not hitting anything.

One time as a commander the area attack was on and sq4 called it in. Not knowing that sq4 misplaced the marker on them and the half of the team was with them getting into a firefight. I accepted the marker not knowing and it blew up most of the team. The enemies were happy and my team were pissed as fuck!

reminded me of an apc encounter- not the funniest, but i shot a rpg (40m or so) into a hilltop apc on archer, strafed the hill as they backed up to engage me- they backed up into an unrecoverable grade. poor fellows went flying down the mountain, and dismounted as their ride caught on fire. i chose to leave them be, got back in my truck and took off to a comforting song (played elegantly, tbh), on my horn. enjoy your walk

I agree, but anyone with an interesting accent freaking out can pretty funny

My funniest was probably when a squad member got shell shock, talking like Hudson from Aliens "The RPGs are so accurate this patch, man, Insurgents are so overpowered now we'll never win if our tanks and apcs keep hitting mines, they just keep surprising us" etc

Squadleader: "Goddamn it man, get ahold of yourself!!"

We found a spawnpoint inside that wall = score and intel.

I don't remember the name but some player not long time ago took an huey in Muttrah city. He thought he could fly but he couldn't. First time straight to the sea, second to sea, third to sea and fourth was take off from Essex and...to sea. It's good that he wasn't transporting anyone.

Playing a game in an inf squad.
Two of our guys go down close to me and I tell them not to give up, I'll res them but I just need time for the smoke.
When I get to the bodies they've bloody respawned!
I then tell them that it is grossly impolite to give up and most ungentlemanly particulary when I go to all the effort to revive them (somewhat at length).
My squad leader tells me to stop nagging, which I promptly do.

10 minutes later me and another guy are in a bunker where there is a ton of enemy assets inside including an enemy FOB which we start to destroy, an enemy blackhawk lands on the roof, my squad leader places an FOB and then tells us to build it.
My squad leader then goes down by the guy on the roof: "there's no one dropped off, come over here" :-P
Me and the guy start slowly heading over (didn't know where the enemy was) and kill the guy who dropped out of the chopper with my squad leader getting more and more irate because we took longer than 30 seconds to get to him.
As I get to his body he tells us for the 5th time to get over there and I promptly tell him to stop nagging.

-you have been kicked from you squad-
I lol'd.

Then I went tanking with deviant and did more damage in 5 minutes than I did in an hour with that inf squad.

I was aiming for a huey on jabal, which landed about 100m in front of me. I shot with my AT4 but the rocket flew right through the opened doors and killed half of the squad who disembarked a minute ago.

On Basrah, 2 jeeps spotted by the middle palace bridge, no kits available, I jump into a jeep and rush to the scene.

As I turn the corner, I spot the full squad firing accross river into the palace, right behind their 2 jeeps, parked on the side of the bridge.

I ram into the bunch full speed, pushing them into the water with their jeeps. lol, The insurgent jeep blew up and I died, but the whole british squad died in the water from the exploding british jeeps. lol

On Kashan desert:
We were chasing enemy APC with our Bradley.
We drove in front of our AA
AA got lock on enemy exactly at that moment
AA fired
Friendly AA destroyed us and our Bradley :)

Maaan - thats hillarious :)
But in fast motion it would be even better :)

Lots of SL noobs just can't stand the stress and use their squad members as punching bag. In these times I so enjoy having a mic... lol

The funniest I remember about a SL is him blasting me on all chat because I took a engineer kit and went to mine and ied a supply road on iron bridge, which was pretty far from the flag, yet heavily used by the enemy.

By the time he was done crying and kicked me out of squad, I had killed 1 apc, 2 log trucks and a transport apc. And I wasn't done yet, Still had my ammo crates and was placing more mines.

Some SL's are too much power tripping to understand a useful maneuver, useful not only to the sq but to the entire team.

I know I have a good SL when I join the squad and he tells people not to worry about me, Im gonna "do my thang" lol, Which is basically interdiction of enemy traffic and securing a given strategic post. Doing this lets me supply the SL with vital information on enemy movements and equipment.

The funny thing is that those baby SL's start crying at you when they get killed most of the time, trying to put the blame on you for their failure.

A good SL does with what he has, not what he could get. Having 5 people in your firing squad is just as good as having 6, even better when the 6th guy is holding off 2-3 sqs by himself while you capture the point. Some people just really don't have a clue about military and guerrilla tactics yet want to play mr commander and tell everybody what to do instead of listening to their most experienced soldiers (like real SL's do)

Sometimes I love to obey a stupid order just to let the SL see what he's done, and hopefully learn from his mistake. But most of the time I just don't bother, I'd rather get the job done than been a good jarhead.
