I would like to know, when there are 2 caches revealed , what happens with the intelligence points ? , they accumulate or what ?
[R-CON]KaB wrote:I believe they're frozen, until one cache is down. Not 100% sure tho.
Yeah i wanted to be sure hehe , because it totally changes the way you play insurgents when two caches are revealed, if they are frozen at two known, you can go all out ... if not well you keep the same phase. : P

Will we see some "old outdated" (when it comes to player count etc) current maps that in Project Reality Removed. lets say for example Ghost Train, Asad, Karbala, or Hill 448 replaced with maybe new ones in next patch maybe? Has it been some talk about it?

Wasn't Ghost Train already removed?

No it just crashed people's games so it was never played. It's fixed for 1.3.

If 1.3 is mostly bugfixes and perfomance updates and you are already talking a bit about 1.4, why wouldn?t you make the upcoming update a 1.2.5 and the release with the polish forces etc. 1.3?

What difference would that make?

Besides, the amount of changes is so big, it wouldn't make sense to make it 1.2.5, as the ".5" part of that version number should be used for minor changes or something like that. Each part of the version number represents something (I can't remember and can't check right now :p ). For example, the last number is used for hotfixes.

And so, 1.3 is the most logical choice :) .

I've been wondering why you couldn't fix the Stinger with small hotfix or something. It has been bugged for 10 months now 8-) I sincerely hope it is fixed in 1.3

I have constant beef with rabbit. Other then that team is in top shape for next release ;) Much excitment over new content coming up with falklands,prww2,comfacs and additional content for current factions. As well as all being very happy 1.3 will be such a more stable and fun game.

They accumulate to the next cache. If BluFor takes long time to destroy one of the two revealed caches, the next one spawning is instantly known (5min delay before BluFor sees it)

devs, what about huge amount of content and large filesize ? i mean, more maps, factions, weapons etc are being developed which will no doubt increasing the filesize. will it be a problem for you to have large files to upload ? and what about your harddrive? these files + modding tools + WIP assets etc takes much spaces and then each version getting bigger, will it be a problem?

Thanks Mats : )

Is there a limit to this intel points accumulation ?

Example: blufor keeps killing people around the two revealed caches and gather the intel points to reveal two caches, or this accumulation stops when it reaches the amount need to reveal one cache.

Development Repo is 70GB'ish.
Leave alone assetrepo, where old and WIP resources are hosted.

Approximately how big will v1.3 be, as well as the proceeding patch with all new content?

Can't wait to see the game after these
