Could you have pressure ridges in the ice to create cover and a obsticle for APCs but still let infantry past? It would be lika wall almost :D

That's a pressure ridge. Think of it like tectonic plates creating mountains but on a much smaller scale :P

The perspective on your first image is mindfucking xD I can't determine if this is a huge mountain range, or some accumulated snow on a street lol

Update on minimap, looks perty now! Almost done I hope ;)

Need some feedback on assets, heres what Im using so far. This is for the AAS 64 layer.

1 x chinook
1 x Griffon (huey used as place holder if I can code it or get one)
1-2 jeeps

For the other vehicles for Russia maybe a MTB and BDRM? That will give the Russians a vehicle with an MG also.

hmm I just don't want the Russians to be OP compared to CF, yes I'll add some RIBS as well

Yeah, but right now Russia is a hard one to balance between western nations as they lack a hmmwv equilateral, unless someone made a GAZ 2975.

maybe the vietnamese UAZ with the mounted gun as a place holder, may not be the best vehicle but is good to give some mobile firepower to the russians

Minimap update:

Green are SSGID's
White are neutral
Red is RU
Blue is CF

So, itll fo from the airport, then they must cap both the oil and radio station before moving forward. Then there are the 2 flags at the cold war facility, than the village.

I need some opinions on assets again, this is for the normal AAS64 layer

CF
1 chinook
1 griffon (which is the US huey retextured)
2 supply trucks
2 transports
1-2 apc's
RU
1-2 trans
2 support trucks
2 supply trucks
2 apc's
1 light personel carrier (forget the name)

Seems very odd they are landing on a headland and not in a bay?

Here is what I think.

Landing should be moved into the cove, A bit more realistic, without being to awkwardly positioned in the map.

Change the flag order a bit, The plan crash and Oil station are now connected, with the radio station being the first point the CF's have to take.

White would be ice formed in those small areas, or fill in that whole area, this would allow the radio station to be a good first point, other options are a bridge, or the vehicle asset bridge things rhino made, that have the m1 abrams chassi, forget its real name.

Anyway, cant wait to see some more pictures soon, lookin good.
