Little note to all those who post screen shots, please turn off the 3d hud in game using the left alt key.

Dang! some of these are really good, guys!
Here's my rendition of that huey one. my idea of editing is just to screw with settings until it looks okay, hehe.

Is it just me, or does kevlarorc's picture look like an illusion when you stare at it?

I'd call it sexy and godly....but it doesn't quiet convey my awe of this picture editing.

Okies, I've been messing around, my problem isn't so much that I cant complete a tut...its thinking of things to actually do to the picture. Ideas?
PS, how do you get that great effect where it looks like rain is hitting objects?

Look good
![Thumbsup ](./images/smilies/imported_thumbsup.gif)
.
If your using GIMP, use the burn/dodge tool with the "circle fuzzy" brush(just under the solid circle bush). Adjust the "exposure" scale to the level you like and apply them on the areas where the the rain would normal kit according to your editing. Also i find if you plac and click it looks more realistic then just click and drag.
Plus, you should darken the pic itself a bit and add a tiny bit of grey blue to add realism.
