MAN TRUCKS LIKE THIS WERE/ARE NOT USED BY THE BRITISH ARMY FOR LOGISTICS AND THEY DID NOT LEAVE OUR COUNTRY.

THE CORRECT TRUCK IS...

LEYLAND DAF WITH THE WORD "DAF" replacing the "MAN".

THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT FOR CONTINUITY.

THIS IS THE TRUCK YOU NEED.....

http://www.military-today.com/trucks/le ... f_t244.jpg

its a Leyland DAF T244 Logistics truck.

YOU CANNOT MAKE A MAN TRUCK AND USE IT IN THE BRITISH FACTION! THEY WERE USED ONLY FOR THE TA (Territorial Army) for Training supply and long distance for Technical Support. Not Logistics!!!!!

Please god I hope someone reads this.....

Many thanks

Dunem666

Without sounding rude, if you want to be pedantic about it then yes technically the type of truck normally used is the old Leyland DAF, the MAN will be the standard British Army utility truck as it is rolled into frontline service over the coming years.

Great work as always Stigger, keep up the good work.

1 question, later on will trucks for the other factions be remodeled like this one?
That would be pretty sick if all the trucks for different teams looked different.

Anyways, great work. Can't wait to :25_flamer it with my molotovs.

I thank-you for thinking that I would take it for granted, Unfortunately for you, that would be incorrect.

I was just wondering, and there was no need to get on my back. Frankly i don't like your attitude towards others. I spit at u/.

I agree i doubt that the army would allow for the trucks to go around carrying supplies without some sort of aramament

The moment you put a gun on a truck is the moment it becomes a fast moving weapon system. People won't use it for logistics, it's just the way players perceive things.

yep, that is excatly why we are not going to put any type of weapon on it since in r/l, these weapons are only used for defence but ingame, players would simply drive it up into an attack position and start picking off enemy infantry instead of doing there very important job which is logistics or transport.

Can i make a point about the wreck... how would a wheel be thrown across the truck and onto the other side? thats gotta be one mahusive explosion to do that considering its got to sheer the bolts, pick the wheel up, throw it 10 feet in the air and another 20 feet across the truck to its final resting place, i know a good sized ied would do this but i doubt anyother explosion would

beautiful model though, cant wait to see it ingame

meh....

they could also be used realistically to protect it while on log runs.

no wait, your right, better remove the turret from teh BMP so that it won't run around shooting things instead of providing transport

Will this truck lose less HP from a RPG ingame, because of the fences?
