Agree with you Duckmeister :D Was just thinking about that becoming a handy tool for the sniper, and making the sniper kit more effective.

NO DO NOT GIVE THIS TO A SNIPER. This forces the sniper to have a spotter i.e. officer.

That is much more realistic. IRL spotters do the reports.

But then lone 13375N1P3RZ continue to be 'just as useful' as they are now. Doesn't necessarily force them to have officers with them, which isn't the most effective use of manpower anyway.

IRL we aren't limited to 32 players per side. In PR it would be better to just let the sniper spot so the rest of the team can do other things.

could this function be given to the commander? like you enter your hideout with your radio out and then you could use this in the UAV? yes... no... or use the same idea anyway

Do you really think that a 1337 solo sniper will use the radio even if he has it?? If he wants to do some real usefull work he will have a spotter, otherwise he will go out, get some kills and die very soon cus without a spotter to cover you or at least to salvage your kit if you die, you are useless.

And btw there is more then enough players for every map, besides maybe the huge ones like kashan or quinling, which I rarely play even if I like them because if you have a bad team it just boils down to a lot of walking.

When I think of it, this may be a way to get rid of the stupid solo snipers. Next time you see em and you ask them:" NOObie mcnoob wtf are you doing alone with a sniper in those hills." "Im spotting and providing intel" (The most common lie for noobish snipers) "Wtf dont you have a spotter then?" "Becase ehm, ehm..." Last word he says before he gets knifed and teebaged by a MEC guy who is now thrilled to have his kit.

NICE :D

And I agree with not giving it to the sniper kit.
Spotters should be a must for them :)

so what good is dropping your kit and having the salute/surrender? is there a particular reason for it? i mean it is a game so no one's really gonna surrender anyways, i cant help but imagine it's just gonna be for lols when there's no one else in the server

It allows you to switch kits with another player.

Right now the only way to do that is to be in a place where you can request kits + request a non-limited kit + have enough time passed since your previous request etc. ...

The kit change is welcome, the non armed kit I guess is like the PR Bot, to be used on Event nights or Events, it has no use in a normal game, but just for LOls at the end of a victorious round everyone lines up to salute the enemy?
Plus in a really bad round we have the possibility to surrender, but knowing PR the enemy wouldn't accept it.....
