Because the fact is not every server is admined every second of the day or has a large supporting base. I just see a pattern here. All the people who like the beta change seem to have only played it on TG (which kicks people for not teamworking) and not any other servers. You guys act like everyone should play on 1 or 2 servers when their are 10 others with good, (but not perfect) teamwork. It especially matters on the Europe servers where everyone doesn't speak engish and then you have communication conflicts.

Because there only is 2 or 3 of the really good ones? We have to face the fact that most of PRs players play on regular puplic servers with not that much teamplay. On those servers the beta ruins the gameplay. (imo) Lets just hope the patch changes the players...

look at this as natural selection, bad servers which are not admined will die eventually, while good will be filled up

these "bad servers" havnt even played the beta, maybe the players will pull there fingers out? if not, the above will hopefully take place.

Only problem here is that the good ones are already filled. I often play with 2/3 mates, and its quite hard/impossible to get in and then to play on the same team on servers like TG. (if you dont have 1 hour to wait) They are simply always full when we are online.

look on it from the other point, the beta servers all LOVED the new beta gameplay, it was GREAT for gameplay. should the mod not implement it because some servers player base arnt good enough?

I think thats the real question. Please the masses or the fewer "hardcore, faithfull" players? (And then hope the average player changes behavior a bit or leaves PR for good)
I dont know the answer, but i think this patch will give it in time.

If that was true, than they would have died out a couple of patches ago. Actually, the opposite has happened. Good teamwork servers like Texas Teamplayers or IGI are less populated or have died out now.

All we're saying is that the people who support the beta are no bigger than the guys who don't support it, if not smaller. The ones who are against it or skeptical just don't have a voice because they don't populate the forums or post. I still believe a lot of the reason why some of the beta servers liked the changes was because they heavily admined the beta and forced players to work together. What happens when they aren't there to admin?

well, the DEVs have stated they make the game how they want and players just play along. my guess is that the "hardcore" have the same point of view as the DEVs so play it how its meant.

The point stands, the beta servers where a GREAT success. lets not miss a chance to improve PRs gameplay because some server player bases simply arnt good enough.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart, for giving me the only game which offers both a challenge and entertainment. It's become a major part of my life, and it's been like that for three years now.

The point of the mod is for teamwork/realism. The MOD is moving further in that direction. People wrap that around their heads. If they dont like the MOD, then they can go play another because this is what is going to happen. If they dont WANT to work as a team, then THIS MOD IS NOT FOR THEM. GO PLAY VANILLA.

get your facts right please. The iGi server did not suffer from lack of teamwork, or lack of supporters. Unfortunately it encountered technical issues that we were unable to circumvent, when I was in iGi we agreed as a clan that if we couldn't provide a high quality experience for our visitors, we shouldn't have the server up for people to join. The server crashed and lagged alot and we couldn't figure out why, that wasn't fair to expect people to play there. So we stopped offering that service.

If those technical issues hadn't occured, I firmly believe myself and the iGi team would still be pwning you lot up on iGi mumble weekend events :)

Having exclusively played on beta servers, i have seen not much admining in terms of kicking players for lack of teamwork.

Couldn't IGI get another hosting service without the issues? Other servers seem fine...
