If I just use print screen, will the pictures be saved anywhere? Because I can't find them.

Or should i just get fraps or something similar? If that's the case, what do you recomend?

If you press print screen in game then your screenshots (in both .jpeg and .png format) will automatically be saved in Documents -> Battlefield 2 -> Screenshots.

Alternatively you can use a 3rd party program like Fraps or Xfire.

Yea its a BF2 bug, with that one bugged player he cannot join a squad nor is he actually in one. I've experienced a 8 man squad at one time, was weird but they didn't do anything.
