Wessex is using the same sound in that it used in v0.97, although in the video it slightly blurs in the sound of the pumas from the original clip as it comes in to land: https://youtu.be/M78gadYbQNs?t=167

It is also worth noting that the Wessex and the H-34 use totally different types of engine. The Choctaw uses a single "Radial Engine", which is a basic piston engine seen on old propeller planes of WW1 etc, where the Wessex has two Turboshaft engines, which are the same type of gas turbine engines used by most modern helicopters of today.

Weren't WW1 planes powered by rotary engines?

Had some PC issues over the last few days so have had to format my PC and reinstall so not a lot of work has been done over the last few days, but yes, we are still working on v1.4 :p

But as Outlawz said, this % goes down as more and more bugs get reported, its been hanging around 50% for some time now, went to 49% in fact after the last big test session, and it dosen't truly represent the state of PR since Redmine can't tell the difference for this % counter from a single small code bug that takes 5mins to do, to making all the elements of the Frigate :p

Oh and PR:WW2s full release will be after v1.4, but there "might" be another small beta release in the mean time but no promises on that.

Medical breakthrough everyone! We have just revived someone, 2 and 1/2 hrs after they where pronounced dead, with a progress bar that is above 50%, with no brain damage either it seems! With the slight side affect of the heart being slightly cooked also :mrgreen:

is it just me or the Russian MIG-29 sux and MEC MIG-29 is better than every other jet in the game ?

like why Russian MIG-29 feel slower compare to MEC MIG-29 version

also on Silent Eagle ! the Flanker have no chance against Typhoon or the Tornado...

im confused about the physics for Jet's is this game !?! :(

also plz are there going to be any Fix (1.4) for Landing the EuroCopter ! like when you land it kills it self !! srsly !

i mean are these issue's going to be fixed in 1.4 beside PR:FL

Humm, just taken a look at the code and looks like your right, the MEC Mig-29 for some odd reason, has a much larger max and min rotation to its elevators than the Russian version... Most likely someone changed it for one, and forgot to change it for both... Will make an issue for it to be fixed for v1.4 :)

(Russian Version on the left, MEC on the right, both named the same in the code to only show differences in settings and not names for comparing)

Hopefully the Flanker will be better in the next version, takes awhile to iron out the settings :)

Unfortunately that is partly down to its real life design and also partly down to how the collision meshes are setup etc, first one we cant change and second is pretty hard to change but might be fixed for next version if Mats gets round to it.

Yes a lot of bugs are being fixed for v1.4 and other new content added other than PR:Falklands, which btw is just PR:F or PR:Falklands, not PR:FL :p

Do you flip the Tiger at landing or? If you find it hard you can always jump out just before landing. It's good copter to train precise landing. It is not really that hard to land it.

M8 they told me about that when you have to get out in order to land ! :D
but i was like hovering while re-arming on Xianzhin map idk forgot the name :D
and right side of the heli landing gear hit the ground and fliped to the right none stop sliding and then BOOM we died :D like it was funny and at the same time frustrated

the thing is about this chopper is that even on Silent Eagle with a Normal flat landing surface still it will do that shit and slide like its on ice :D

any way its a relief that we will get a Major Fix AND PR:F hell yes can't wait to play as British M8's OR leo Messi :D

keep up the Good work :)

btw are the battle ships can be move around in PR:F ?
