The glasses just need to be transparent. They don't seem to be at all now.
This signature is here due to lack of imagination.

Unfortunately, textures can't be transparent. The only way to achieve this is with a model of glasses/goggle without any lenses. The final result is not super good IMO.Stealthgato wrote:Looks very good!

I would suggest using the orange glasses only on the marksman and use the normal "oakley" types for the SL. Riffleman would have no glasses.

Orange wielding canadian superwarriors are the hardest to see, because the glint from the glasses blinds the enemy

Hmm, there's some USMC/USA kits with it - AA, HAT and LAT have them and looks cool to me.|TG-Irr|Nixon wrote:Unfortunately, textures can't be transparent. The only way to achieve this is with a model of glasses/goggle without any lenses. The final result is not super good IMO.

Me too (I like the vintage US Army feel) but there are currently only five models, which is a problem (your HAT guy, for example, looks just like your AA guy).Navo wrote:I like the MEC geometries, actually.

Re: New Canadian kit geometries
We can't get transparency working on kits (Check the goggles on US kits for example, there is simply no glass inside them).

looking good, though i dont think i've ever seen the orange BEWs before, mostly black, plain, or yellow

If they can't be clear, make them black. The orange stands out way too much on the woodland variant.
