Answer questions above
Type Dxdiag into search the web and windows window
Look at Video and compare
Check you only have one sound active (third time I've said this)
If you have tried other profiles check all permissions
Compare to my
settings

Well, apparently you had to delete the server settings file when I copy and pasted the one drive files into my default profile folder. Then, you have to copy and paste everything from the one drive file except for the profile.con file. Then it finally launched and I've been having a huge amount of fun since it was fixed.
