Another small hotfix is out!

PR:BF2 v1.4.17.0 Changelog (2017/August/19)

GENERAL:
  • Fixed server crashes on Linux.
VEHICLES:
  • Updated Dutch Boxer model by removing unrealistic periscope.
  • Fixed LAV-25 being unable to drive in water.
  • Fixed Dutch Leopard 2A6 tank not having MG cupola on COOP maps.
  • Fixed Coyote Recon Vehicle floating while it should be sinking.
LEVELS:
  • Dovre Winter
    • COOP64: Fixed players getting stuck in static MGs at Radar Station, fixed German ACV floating.
  • Lashkar Valley
    • COOP32: Fixed some German assets not spawning.
  • The Falklands
    • Fixed map crashes.
  • Sahel
    • Fixes some Zu-23-2 assets in mainbase not being usable.

Thanks for the updates. WW2 draws closer. Meanwhile I'm still discovering Vietnam maps I've never played :D

I was told by someone in the British army that the stormer hvm can double as an ATGM. Is that not true?

That's not new in this update but yes the Stormer basically shoots guided LATs.

The updater crashes during the update and when i re-launch the application, the updater again starts and crashes after a few seconds. :(

Update from 1.4.16.0 to 1.4.17.0

Good work guys I'm a huge fan of Project Reality. Can you guys please make a Single Player mode for PR? I can't play Online because my computer is old,you know fps drops and lags,I can't be competent in online modes and since CO-OP mode well it is meant for Coop. I would love to play PR SP where we can drive vehicles alone,adjustable bot settings exclusive to Single player and stuff would be awesome.

First of all thank you for your answer mate.
Did I missed a huge single player mod that already has been integrated in game or are you talking about Co-op mode? If so,co-op is fun but there are limitations using vehicles that meant for usage of more than one person,so it's a bit dissappointing for people like me who has no one to play co-op together lol.

You can use the bot vehicles. They require only 1 person to operate and are located outside of main bases, usually.

Also, you can enable local RCON commands in the Launcher settings and use !rcon oneman after you enable the commands in game with !rcon debug
This will allow you to use any position of the two-man vehicles.

Yo SgtSenner, also try to download the Map Test Airfield. There you have all Aircraft and Vehicles from all Faction in one, 4km BIG MAP! Fun to play alone and really needed for :o ops: shitty Pilots like me.
