Nothing interesting, dead project that lost his "connection with reality" long time ago.
adding new maps is useless, for example - russian community plays almost every time- Asad, kokan, gaza, muttrah. Some times beirut and "desert" maps. Cuz the admins wont set new maps to play. EU servers are better in this plan - but,individual skill level are much lower, so its kind'a boring to play in EU. you basicly can do 20-30 frags without even move from position.
And weapons of course, i dont know who or how - do your weapons "settings", but, its complitly torn off reality. Gun shooting like the shooter have "parkinson" or all soldiers are "newbies" and that stuped "accuracy" or "spread" call it how you want, why the hell i need to wait seconds in order to kill enemy?
Special greetings to guy who made "concrete bushes" in ww2 maps. You should burn in hell for that.
For the end, how i said - dead project that lost his "connection with reality".

Ban for what? For expressing my dissapointment about those updates and the russian community?

Yes, this is a dead project - i come to play when i get bored, and i get dissapointment.
No new maps - we still play annoying maps such as beirut, muttrah and asad
No weapons-realism at all - why the hell i need to wait to kill enemy
About noob or "can not play game" - dunno, since patch 1.6 i came back for about 2 month's & i easily holded top 1 possition of "most kills" at prstats, and still i get bored cuz nothing changed.
Teamplay sucks, same maps and shit weapons.

This sounds a lot like a problem that the Devs have no way of solving, so why complain here? Do you want the Devs to force servers to play maps that don't run often? Do you want Devs to somehow force people to play realistically? Devs can't mod the community.

If this bothers you so much, you're free to apply for a server license and run it however you want.

They have tools, but its looks like they dont want to.
Forcing server to play maplists sounds great, there was one server in 2011-13, ONLY maplist's and no1 was complaining. now we play maps that admin want's or people that close to admins. for example i haven't seen Masirah on any server even EU, why? and dont tell cuz its shit map, i can say same on other maps, specially about ww2 ones.
I dont want them to FORCE someone to play realistically, i want them to allow that.
Where did you see gun shooting in legs when you aimfor the head? distance is 10 meters.
Or aiming for like forever in order to get normal "spread".
But yeah, joke's like : Player's are hardcoded - are alway's here.

In my opinion PR has always been more like role playing shooter than hyper realistic. Tbh this is why I like it more than most of the harcore sim/semi-sim shooters.

You and your friends nerfed the game so much that it affected me psychologically.

"Short" list of what affected me deeply:
- Minimap removed from armor vehicles.
- No more sprinting after getting revived with a patche
- Blood effect when getting hit removed
- Jet/Heli physics mucho broken (it was "ok" on v1.3.9)
- AA super OP for jets (it was "ok" on v1.3.9)
- Deviation increase (now if you are fully deviated and deploy your ar for example, you got 1~2s of deviation again + you cant use enemy kits that is deployed because the time the deviation is gone, you get black screen)
- Chat moved to the top left (now you lose lot of intel because your eyes are focused on the center of your screen and you cant keep looking at the top of the screen to read all the time because you are going to die or miss opportunity to kill something)

+ other things that made the game really worse/broken
- scopes removed from bijar
- yamalia winter very bad. (why not keep both yamalias?!)
- way less nades from GL kit
- assets removed from maps

+ lof of other small things (list is big) that cant remember right now and i dont like posting big messages :)

Its a shame that every every cool/usefull stuff devs add/do with the game, 10 things gets nerfed/removed :'(

These things I 100% agree with, CAS used to be fun, but not in 1.3, more like a few years ago I don't remember the exact version things went to shit for me.

The other things on your list sound like things that shouldn't have been in PR in the first place.

  • Added option to disable LOD switching for vegetation. (Graphics -> Advanced -> Increase vegetation LOD)

  • Updated terrain to switch LOD later on all settings.

We are aware of issues regarding file verification of objects_statics_client.zip. You do not need to do anything, we will inform you once it is resolved.

Edit: The issue has been resolved. Just restart PR to have the Update finish correctly.
