I think you might not full fill the minimum requirements. Please use dxdiag and post the results:

That confirms it, your graphics card does not support DirectX 9c which is required by PR. Also it is not even officially supported by Windows 10. It might be time to upgrade

If you get modern Graphics Card, that supports DirectX 9.0c, it will work.

Resolved issue in game 2 file RendDX9x.dll
RendDX9x.dll

I deleted the first and the error is gone

The problem now is when i open the game it auto exit

It is difficult to understand you but I think you have just said that you deleted RendDX9.dll or RendDX9x2.dll.
You can't delete game files and be surprised that the game doesn't work.

Reinstall the game and don't touch its files unless you are told to.
