does anyone else encountered this, its just cause i banned a guy for cheating some weeks ago for such an incident.

^ i would un-ban him, if i were you. Unless you have more proof to go with. Think its what Outlawz describes.

Yeah I saw it happen on Basrah once, a Brit with an insurgent skin. Came up behind him and teamkilled him cause I thought his name was of someone behind the wall he was sitting on.

I just posted these in another location, I must have been there when this guy created his avatar,

WTH is going on with this

You can get on top of lamp posts, traffic signs & lots of other weird places with a grappling hook and a bit of luck. That lamp post is a great vantage point for civilians, since they don't have to worry about being an easy target.

well I'll be, I'll have to try that one

See if you guys can figure out how I did this...
