very well said, points for killing should be get rid off all together. in the real world, soldiers dont shoot to kill, they shoot to live. the point system should be overhauled so ppl get rewarded to stay alive. eg. you lost ALL your ranks and rewards that you've earned over the time you played the game once you die etc

back to topic, i've watched one video of australian peace keepers in dili doing the peel off drill as mentioned before and i'd like to share it. in fact, there's a lot more if you search for 'contact drills' in youtube
