Who cares? It is just one faction that will maybe be on 1 or 2 levels at best and it is not going to revolutionize gameplay or anything. Be glad that you are getting 0.7 because I think we were all tried of 0.6 and how stale the gameplay got.

As much as i love the news they didn't mention the time. I just hope they don't release it tomorrow at 8PM
