Basically there is a depreciating return on image quality, still if you have monitors that large its usefull for spotting distant enemies easily?.
I wouldnt mind one monitor for a full scale map and one for the viewpoint especially when commander, bugs when it stops you walking, etc
bf2 max is 2048 x 1536 mines at 2560 x 1600

Do you use widescreen fixer to do that.
Also how far do you sit back from the screen, Im like 2 foot from a 19"
I like the forza 2 idea where you can keep adding screens and machines to increase the field of vision.
The FOV in bf2 sucks and is unrealistic, when Im tracking through the forest I have to sweep my vision side to side to have a chance of not rushing into something I didnt see

Big image means better pic so I really don't understand why it's such a big deal that the pics are big. That's the rez they're at check the properties. He's not lying. Against him with that moniter it's almost impossible to kill him. Trust me I should know.

Which map is this? Looks a little like a snow map.
The Us uniform looks odd as well.
A rock or snow camoflage?

So I'm building myself a new rig that should by all means own the BF2 engine, just probably not nearly as well as this sucker. IN the end I will probably own a 22" screen.
DFI Lanparty Dk P35-T2RS
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0 Ghz Stock
Probably some kind of Mushkin Ram
Evga 8800GT Akimbo SC
CoolerMaster 690
and probably an old Audigy 2 ZS
Not a monster rig. Less than a thousand dollars after I got a few parts on excellent sale prices (that EVGA Akimbo was a ridiculous 75 dollars off at NCIX).
I guess I'll have to post my own screens once that sucker is up and running. Just wish that those DFI boards didn't sell out so fast.
