But I think what he ment with the pistol was what pistol you had since pilots don't have them anymore.

I had another experience on Karbala, I grabbed the RPG kit and ran to the top of the hill and went prone. Then, I fired. I then saw a black screen and my teammates were saying, someone has a HAT kit over there and is shooting at us! I just said, i-it was me...

We all had a laughe.

Or you have it trained on a target, everyone is chanting "FIRE FIRE FIRE", and that tank/apc is now firing on you? Best option is to shoot the hill right next to you. Yea, I'm that skilled

Worst time to die is while talking **** in the all players chat.

Lol! I usually die like that too.

Like I was breeching a gate, looking for a cache in Faluga West , and I pulled out the breeching slugs, fired, and missed because I couldn't see the lock. I actually then get blown to hell by a passing APC while reloading.

...After having a short firefight with an enemy and not seeing him for a few seconds you think it's safe to pull out a frag and chuck it in his general direction. After all, it's not like he's gonna charge you....


Then you get a bayonet in the face.

Or doing something I like to call, "Operation Peachy" and going into the tunnels on Archer, and killing any innies you find, only to walk out and be confronted by the entre Innie team.

Here's a couple, may not be the worst...but the most frustrating for me:

5. Killing an entire squad, dropping a FD to patch up....then being shot
4. Reviving your entire squad an healing them all fully...then having a well placed grenade/rocket kill everyone.
3. Landing your chopper on your helipad for repairs...and having another heli land on you killing you both
2. Driving a suicide car at TWO fully loaded humvees and an infantry squad....and being shot out of the driver seat.

and finally...

1. Hearing that horrible *click*click*click*click* as you pull the trigger after finding a squad with their back to you......and having them turn an kill you before you reload.

Not for me, but was on Mumble, me and Octo run round the corner, see an insurgent hideout with a spawned guy. I shout run run run, Me and Octo ran round the corner. Now this guy happened to be on Mumble aswell, so I pop round the corner, deploy AR, meanwhile this guy hears us, and is like 'I'm gonna kiil you, I'm gonna blow the shit out of you' so me and Octo shit bricks. Then he comes round the corner, gets a face full of 5.56, and I move on and laugh.

Being next to half the Team, defending our FOB in the southern highway/bridge of Al Basrah, with a Warrior, two landrovers, an HMG outpost, and many foxholes providing cover. In the middle of all this, I turn around to see an insurgent looking at me and knife me.



I'm sure Scot, fuzzhead, Colonelcool, DBzao, Spriggy, Royalmarines_Joe, or any other of the people involved could tell you how the discussion in mumble went from what our plan was to "WTF? WTH did he get there?"

Yes, and the guy who says "Mortars" runs to the firebase and gets hit by it too! ??:

1. Death by crate being dropped from 10 m up by a chopper.

2. Having a crate dropped less than a meter in front of you by a chopper 5 m up, only to turn around and see your squad leader get squished by the chopper.

I can't remember when, but you guys had a FOB and all the goodies out where you said, did you get mortared? because I was in the squad of insurgents that charged right after the mortar. that was an insane round if its the one I'm thinking of. You guys just woundn't die!
