His time, his models, his choice. Simple

Here's some more reference pics (if you want loads just search PECOC on google images)

No worries. :D

I really want the Brit's upgraded in PR, to what they're are planning to bring/already have brought in to the troops in RL. SA80 with railz, hawt new camo, new mastiff's/bulldog's. If I had Photoshop, i'd get stuck in but unfortunately i don't have x amount of £'s to go and buy a copy and I don't wanna pirate one...

So good effort once again, cos that texture looks very, very good.

Very nice work guys.

Just a thought, wouldn't the goggles either be up on the helmet or being worn? If they're dangling round your neck it's just going to get in the way. Just in most pictures of soldies, they have them up on the helmet when they're not wearing them.

EDIT: Just had a closer look at the model and it appears there are two goggles!? One being worn and the others dangling round his neck...

It is still a wip. I would like to introduce very fine details to the model aswell, such as the lumes we usually keep on our osprey, in order to mark out IEDs when it comes to carrying out the 4 C's. You will notice that all soldiers within Afghan carry these, infact all ISAF forces do. But little details like this will defiantly add to the realism

Talking of little details, shouldn't the mic be on the other side? Been looking at reference pics and almost all have the mic coming from an ear piece on the left ear, not the right.

I'm pretty sure every soldier i've seen has it on their left.

the PRR is designed for the left ear. Don't worry that is easily corrected, Me and Tonnie decided to collaborate our work together now to see what we have to work with, and I think the model with Tonnies kit geoms looks awesome, Im very happy with it! This image was only rendered only a few minutes ago so theres still abit of fine tuning to go, but dont worry it will be fixed

Here's some problems I see:

- Boots are way too big :D they're not detailed too, but your model is WIP so I guess it's OK
- Helmet looks very odd, like it's too big
- Goggles should be on the helmet
- Why does the kit have only magazine pouches? Grenade pouches, first aid pouches and other utility pouches would give us more realism ;)
- I don't know what headset Brits use, probably Swimmer or Bowman and they both are placed on the head like Morgan already posted

But it looks promising, keep up the good work!

EDIT: Oh yeah, I know it's very little thing, but soldiers should have ESS V12 goggles. http://www.equipamientomilitar.com/tien ... er_v12.jpg
