I think that : "OMG THANKS DEVS FOR IMPLEMENTING CANADIAN FACTION INTO .9" is more appropriate.

Excellent presentation with a nice array of pictures. That PLA APC looks sex and finally some Canadian pictures . The ModDB rule should be broken cause with 0.9, this mod definitely deserves the title again.

Comments like that almost made me NOT post this highlight. I guess I wasn't wrong in thinking people are quick to just bash anything, even if they don't have all the facts.
