Thats looking really awesome =) Just dont forget to prioritise, after all if you think about it a faction is usable even if it only has infantry models, 1-3 infantry weapons, flag and voices, supply box and truck(placeholder could be used).. rest (vehicles, more weapons, maps) can be added one by one afterwards.
Too many community factions have been trying to make everything at once, and then they realise they dont have the manpower to do everything.. if they would have focused on essential stuff first, and then making nonessential stuff for as long as they can be arsed to, we would have 10 more useable factions ingame atm.
Plus once faction gets into game, its so much more motivating to start making new weapon or vehicle or map for it.

p.s. We've shown a lot more devotion and progress than most other community factions, running out of motivation and/or manpower isn't going to happen any time soon! Not that I don't agree with prioritising being the first priority badumtss
