iirc team EU was created because there was a significant number of players who weren't able to find a home in other national teams, either because those teams were full or they couldn't get enough players from their particular countries to compete.

Yes this is a world cup, and should be taken with a degree of seriousness, however this is supposed to be fun; and excluding players due to logistical problems isn't fun.

Don't get all riled over what teams have been put forward, just look forward to some tough games with some of the best players PR can offer.

Would be good if there was an Irish team (jointly Northern and Southern), then I'd be able to join three different teams :D

Epic.

Admin Structure
In addition to this, our admin staff has not only changed, it has grown we now have many more admins in our team, divided into 3 departments. It is lead by fighter who is head of the World Cup managment team, and Wicca the head of PRTA, which is hosting this.

The departments are split up like this:

Forum Department
Head of Forum Department: PR_Husky

The forum department is tasked with fixing request by the teams, and sorting out complaints, working on forums and adding and removing members in your teams. They also police your forums and ensure that we all keep a drama free cup.

Server Department
Head of Server Department: Techmaster

The Server department is tasked with setting up battle servers, sorting out BDAs for each battle and ensuring our servers are running with the right settings at the right time. They will be responsible for the so called Battle Recorder files. Please bear in mind that we are borrowing servers from alot of communities from all over the world.

Media Department
Head of Media Department: Maxboz

The Media Department is going to release most of the announcments and run the estetic side of things here on the forums, they will work on making sure we look good, and that this campaign will be not only pleasurable for our fingers, heads and mouths. But our eyes too.

Battle Setup

5 Battles 2 Finalists
In this campaign, as explained there will no longer be drop outs after you have lost. It is a league of 5 battles, the 2 teams with the most wins, meet eachother in a final.

personally, i don't like this layout. is there any worldcup with a such league plan? i dont think so...
really. pregroup games should be ok, but this isn't what i exspected
but since i am not an prwc admin i cant change much.

so, lets make the best of that layout. hf&gl to the other teams.

14 teams but only 5 games per team?

Is this way fair? I honestly have no idea.

Organizing a 32 man team in PR is alot of work. So losing the first round and not being able to participate anymore is quite frustrating. This isnt a 8v8 tournament. This is abit bigger. And to cater for the fun factor, seeing this is a game. This will be alot better for those participating.
