Another ban! [NEW] server has problem with chat spam it seems

Well if people keep banning people from the Normandy Servers, then how do people expect the public to get the chance to play on that map. The 26MEU server isn't banning people because Afterdune worked his butt of trying to get this map out there so people can play on it. We hope to help with the release of the Vietnam Map also, so the people can experience the game play of both eras.

They aren't banned, they're only tempbanned until the round is over or so. It's a known issue and they're working on it.

We decided to shut down our Normandy Server.
We want NEW to stand for a high level of Teamplay and Administration and we do not have enough manpower to enforce this on the second one.
I'm sorry for anyone who liked playing on our server but with the release of the server files I assume there are enough other ones.
We NEVER had any issue on the mainserver regarding chatspam, not quite sure whats causing this.
I would like to thank everybody for playing and Afterdune for creating this awesome map.
AD, you can count on our support in the future we just can't run it on a regular basis.

I understand, its good to be able to realize when its too much for you. I had numerous good rounds on your server, and you have my thanks for that.

There are other servers you can join. The 26th MEU to name just one. PN is not dead just because [NEW] decided to stop hosting in (for good reasons mind you).

Start filling up the PN servers if u want to play, maybe a little seeding will convince others to come on

Yes we are hosting one PN server and will continue to do so probably. Server is open for all and gents please use PR Mumble 1.0 ( we have channel setup from recently ) since we turned BF2 voip off on all our servers. Our server is European but we don't mind having oversea players too ( no high ping thresholds )

26th MEU will maintain our PN server 24/7 as well. Our server is based in New York, NY, USA, for those that have too high a ping to play on EU servers. This is not to compete, but to offer an alternative. We love PN, and are always up to seed and play. We do not have a high ping threshold either, and do not mind overseas players as well. If you need an admin, and we are not in our servers, please contact one of our main admins at the following Xfire names:
Maj. J. Smith - ranger3bn
Capt. R. Turoczi - 2ltevers
1stLt. B. Whiskey - mkansas73
MGySgt J. Thomas - stoickk
Or, you can use the command !ts while in game for our TeamSpeak server information. Feel free to hop in and poke someone. We will be more than happy to help out. For that matter, if we are not in the middle of a training session, in most cases we will be happy to jump on the PN server and seed as well, if we are not already there. Just let us know.
