anybody else notice that when he was using the SAW he shot at the ground a foot away from himself and he didnt have suppression effects on?

Just in case one of you really doesnt know it: The suppression effect is only triggered if the bullet travelled 20 meters or so. Also, only rifle calibers or more powerful ones trigger the effect. This means that close quarters combat will be more realistic, without self-suppression and 5-seconds-suppression time just because a bullet hit somewhere near you.

No. Its either a Minimi or M249, the names are not interchangeable even though they are basically the same guns. The reason being that they are different guns and used by different armies. What you saw there was a British Minimi.
