ROE usually stands for "Rules Of Engagement".

Surprised they didn't mention the helicopter crashing thing in the changelog, if they missed something like that out there must be a fair few more cool surprises for us.

No! The kit doesnt dissepear within 30 seconds,it stays in 3 minutes........

he didnt mean that adetter.
if you drop your kit, you dont drop your kit.. :D an unarmend kit spawns so you CAN drop your kit

Helicopters having lots of HP to survive crash has been in the build since v0.85 afaik....

its just the water damage changed in v0.9

Does he mean the remote detonated IED increased to 30?
Mines (proximity IED) are already limited to 10.
