That is a US helicopter; an MH-60K used by 160th SOAR. For those of you saying that 160th SOAR uses black helicopters, note that it is a very dark pine green, much like the regular army H-60s.

The Navy paints their Seahawks and Knighthawks in solid gray or sometimes a grey/white camouflage pattern, or grey with orange (Naval Station search and rescue squadrons only) depending on the squadron.

USAF paints their Pave Hawks in a dark green and blue pattern.

A detachment of 160th SOAR Blackhawks were painted gray for Operations Prime Chance and Ernest Will when they operated from a barge in the Persian Gulf against Iranian minelayers and fast attack boats.

160th SOAR birds were used in the filming of Blackhawk Down, so they arent really a reference as to how the normal US Army birds should appear.

Well I've never seen a non-OD green Blackhawk in the hundreds of photos in the US Army database at The United States Army Homepage unless it was specially painted for a National Guard unit with some elaborate picture on it to resemble that state.

I think that pic shows really well what color it is. Plenty of lighting, no shadows and its a bit dirty, so thats how it should look in game.

and i looked at behind the scenes pictures of my 2nd dvd in my BHD dvd box. i thought it was the part off the RPG being shot at the BH

since you've done the stryker in tan , does that mean us army have predominantly desert maps or is there a OG stryker (or better yet a bradley?)

It will be redone in CARC green since according to [R-Con]MikeAP (who has operated in and around strykers irl) it is green for classified reasons, even in a desert environment.

P.S.-I really,reall,really hate the vBF2 Abrams...It's so dumb/fake looking,and..I don't know just gets on my "abram loving" nerves...Look at USI's or PoE2's Abrams' and you can see how dumb the vBF2 one looks...I really,really hope a new abrams is thrown in somehow...If not in .8 then in a patch or something...lol.

I like the new skins and the Stryker, But I just dont really like the M4 since it kinda looks like a shorter Model of the m16a4, and the fact its 3 burst why all the other armies have automatic weapons, so why not make it the M4a1 and a new model, the british M4 is amazingly sexy.

P.S. this is not a rant, and im just voicing my opinion

The M4 IS a shorter version of the M16. They cant put the M4A1 in game for the Army because that would be unrealistic and this is Project Reality after all.
